DEVICE FOR MAKING OF DEEP FILTRATION CHANNEL Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E21B43/11 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for making of deep filtration channel in cased well contains housing which is installed by anchor bend in pipe casing and channel inside the casing for the purpose of cutting tool movement inside it; rotary actuator of the cutting tool is made as a downhole motor which driver shaft is connected to the cutting tool by means of feeder assembly and flexible shaft; rotating gear that includes cylinder fixed rigidly by the upper part at tubing string and shaft fixed rigidly by the lower part in the housing. Cylinder and shaft are equipped with in-line channels providing connection of inner cavity of tubing string to the housing channel and free movement of insert and downhole motor. The shaft is installed in the cylinder and can be turned to the present angle in relation to anchor bend when cylinder channel is closed by the insert. The device also contains an insert fixed over downhole motor and unit of reaction torque reception which is located in the upper part of turning mechanism.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of filtration channels made at the same depth, decreasing labour intensity for cutting tool positioning in order to make another filtration channel.
