FIELD: analytical chemistry of gaseous media; instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used at the stage of preparation and processing of results of analysis of multi-component gaseous mixtures when multi-element resonance "electronic nose" is used (non-selective sensor array). Method is based upon registration of responses from separate sensors and formation of total analytical signal in form of lobe diagram. Total analytical signal is formed in form of kinetic "visual print" subsequently from responses of any sensor, which responses correspond to time of reading. Responses are to be registered with time interval Δτ=3-5 s during 1-5 minutes. Data base is created during process of measurement, which base reflects all the individual characteristics and any insignificant change in quantitative and qualitative composition of multi-component gaseous media and of compositions being close to them in nature of composition.
EFFECT: simplification; elimination of complicated exclusive software.
