SUBSTANCE: proposed contact coating designed for covering effective parts of ferreed contact members is made of copper-nickel alloy, 0.1-10 μm thick, gold layer, 0.05-2.0 μm thick, and ruthenium layer, 0.1-1.5 μm thick.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of ferreed contact, reduced cost due lower amount of noble metals.
