SUBSTANCE: lift-oceanarium has reservoir fitted with transparent passage arranged within reservoir and equipped with instruments and devices for providing comfort conditions for people within transparent passage. Reservoir is divided into sections, each of said sections being provided with water outlet, and is arranged in vertical position. Passage is formed vertical and is arranged within reservoir in axially aligned relation therewith. Passage is equipped with guides for lift drive cabin having transparent walls and hermetically sealed door. Lift cabin drive mechanism is made in the form of hydraulic cylinder, said cabin being positioned on traverse, being provided with handrails and being positioned for rotation around its axis relative to traverse, which is cooperating with hydraulic cylinder stem. Cabin bottom is equipped with toothed wheel cooperating with drive gear, said drive being fixed on traverse. Traverse ends and cabin outer walls are provided with rollers engageable with guides of said passage.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, increased entertaining and cognitive effect, convenient operation and provision for comfortable staying of people in lift.
