SUBSTANCE: invention concerns construction industry and particularly multi-purpose construction facilities - buildings, which combine offices, shopping areas, cinemas, restaurants, night clubs, underground parkings, and also a seaquarium - an engineering and biological complex for keeping marine and/or river flora and fauna that includes special tanks and also rooms with special temperature and humidity conditions. The multi-purpose construction facility is made in the form of a building with multilevel floors, it comprises preferably at least three above-ground floors and a basement and includes a foundation, bearing structures and walling, and also a roof, at least one stair unit and/or stair and elevator unit, utility systems and networks.

EFFECT: increased cost-effectiveness of the multi-purpose construction facility operation achieved due to combining the seaquarium with the multi-purpose shopping and entertainment facility.
