FIELD: chemical industry; the cooled calibration devices for the plastics extrusion installation.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the calibration devices for the installation of the extrusion of the plastics. The calibration device for the installation of the plastic extrusion contains: the being filled with the cooling liquid body, through which the plastic profile is moving and at that it is subjected to cooling by the cooling liquid; the calibration guide, through which the plastic profile is passing; the inlet and outlet holes with the connected pipelines for the cooling liquid. The cooling liquid level lies above the top point of the calibrated plastic profile. The device also contains the volume filled by the air arranged above the level of the hole for air pumping out, from which the air is removed with making the rarefaction in respect to the air pressure Pu = Pa - ΔP in the volume above the level of the cooling liquid, free from the cooling liquid and filled with the air, where Pu - the reduced pressure in the calibration device, Pа - the an air pressure outside the calibration device, ΔP - the pressure difference equal to the difference between these pressures metered in terms of the height of the cooling liquid column. In the device the outlet hole for the cooling liquid is located at the height of the cooling liquid level in the wall of the calibration device body for provision of the cooling liquid flowing out without the additional pump. The connected to the outlet hole withdrawing pipeline is passing essentially upright and ends below the level corresponding to ΔP in the stock of the cooling liquid being under the atmospheric pressure. At that in the withdrawing pipeline differential pressure ΔP forms the compact column of the cooling liquid with the height h. The calibration device has the simple design, allows realization of withdrawal of the cooling liquid without the help of the pump that will reduce the power input.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the simple design of the calibration device, the possibility to realize withdrawal of the cooling liquid without using the pump, reduction of the power input.
