FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for treatment of contaminated gaseous compounds and solid substances by process water and can be used for process water treatment plants of wet cleaning of process gas, in particular of plants for reducing melting or from smelting gas generator. Process water is introduced into reservoir (1) in first process stage and degassed due to reduction of solubility of dissolved gases at pressure drop 0.1-10 bar. Reservoir (1) on its upper side has gas-collection Chamber (4), in which are collected and from which separated gases. Treated process water is discharged in area of the lowest point of the reservoir (1) through the closed outlet and/or pump and/or hydraulic cyclone (17), or through transfer system. Solid substances are removed from tank through a gateway unloading device (13).
EFFECT: invention enables simple and reliable cleaning of process water, as well as excluding toxic gases in ambient air and to reduce corrosion of equipment.
