FIELD: production of glass fiber materials; equipment for production of silica fibers resistant to high temperatures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes stapling machine connected with inclined cleaner by means of conveyer belt; inclined cleaner is provided with unit for transfer of loosened fiber to conveyer of continuous mixer. Conveyer is connected with hoisting bin of proportioner by means of swivel chute for loading the fiber in drum. Drum has perforated walls and individual automatic drive; it is mounted on strut. Drum is transferred to acid and rinsing baths and to re-loading unit of centrifuge by means of transfer arm. Centrifuge is provided with detachable tray equipped with fiber loosening grips. Feeder is provided with unit for transfer of fiber to continuous mixer conveyer kinematically linked with inclined cleaner which is connected in its turn with aerodynamic drying chamber by means of special device. Chamber is provided with conveyer belt for transfer of dry fiber to continuous mixer equipped with conveyer for delivery of fiber to pneumatic press through condenser for packaging in cardboard boxes.
EFFECT: increased productivity; improved quality of fiber; low cost of product.
