SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile equipment, namely to a baking powder-cleaner of fibrous materials. Disintegrator-cleaner of fibrous materials contains inlet and outlet nozzles, peg drums, grate and carbon monoxide chamber. The diameters of the peg drums without pins are 420-450 mm, the length of the pins is 80-95 mm, with the total diameter of the drums over the pins being 610 mm. At the same time, the working chamber of the peg drums is equipped with turbulent plates that provide precisely directed movement of the fiber bundles, and perforated fences are placed above the plates. A confuser is installed above the perforated fences, connected to a channel for continuous collection and removal of process air with weeds, fluff and dust, and slots for supplying additional air flow are placed on the side wall of the baking powder-cleaner.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of loosening and cleaning of fibrous material.
