FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with fluids used in killing of oil-and-gas well when carrying out current or thorough repairs of well and results in creation of multiple-destination process fluid meeting technology conditions for treatment of bottomhole formation zone and also possessing properties indispensable for treatment of bottomhole formation zone and allowing solution of problems of preservation, restoration, and increase of filtration and capacitance characteristics of bottomhole formation zone in all their completeness. Kill fluid for oil-and-gas well containing emulsifier (2.0-10.0%) and balancing amount of aqueous mineral salt solution is characterized by that said emulsifier is oil- or oil-water-, or water-oil-soluble surfactant, or surfactant mixture, and additionally emulsion of anion-type polymer in oil (0.5-5.0%) and high-dispersity hydrophobic material (0.1-3.0%). Kill fluid may further contain 5 to 35% of hydrocarbon.
EFFECT: extended versatility of kill fluid.
