FIELD: means for transmitting measuring-signals from the well to the surface, for instance for logging while drilling.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises downhole telemetering system with downhole instrument installed in drilling string or in casing pipe, as well as land-based receiving-and-transforming assembly. Connected to downhole instrument are power source and transmission coil. Transmission coil is wound on outer surface of drilling string or casing pipe made of magnetic material and threadedly connected with downhole telemetering system body. Transmission coil is connected with downhole instrument output by the first coil end and with drilling string or casing pipe by the second end thereof. Receiving coil is installed in upper flow string part. Land-based receiving-and-transforming assembly includes receiving coil installed in upper part of drilling string, receiving device having input connected with the receiving coil and output linked to computer. Transmission coil may be enclosed with protective cover or case. Protective cover is formed of dielectric material.

EFFECT: provision of information transmission through shielding layers with high conductivity without information garbling.
