SUBSTANCE: bottom-hole telemetering system has surface receiving-processing equipment, bottom-hole instrument with electronic unit accommodated in string, and power source in the form of electric generator or cell battery. Power source is changeable and its upper end face has joining unit and/or device for disconnection, and on lower end face, lug with one or several electric contacts. Made in upper part of bottom-hole instrument is joining device for installation of at least one changeable power source. Joining device of bottom-hole instrument may be provided with reswitching of electronic unit of bottom-hole instrument to newly installed changeable power source, and also with provision of circular orientation and locking of above installed changeable power source. Power sources may be installed on one another. Bottom-hole telemetering system may have internal power source. EFFECT: prolonged service life. 5 cl, 4 dwg
