FIELD: protection of human being against adverse effect of vibration.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration insulated stage has rigid framework, plating which is used as bearing surface for operator and flexible members connecting the framework with base. These flexible members are connected with framework by means of articulated lever connecting the framework with bearing unit of flexible member. Flexible member is provided with pendulum suspension and compressive spring engageable with base of body and pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension is made in form of threaded stud whose one end is connected with bearing lever for securing the object to be vibration insulated and its other end is connected with thrust washer and nut. Nut is connected with bush engageable with upper end face of spring. Lower end face of spring rests against base consisting of upper and lower plates interconnected by means of vertical plates. Secured on upper plate is said bush made from composite friction material. Clearance between side surfaces of bush and spring is within optimal interval: 0.1-0.5 mm. Thrust washer engageable with nut and bush is made from elastic material.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration insulation; simplified construction.
