FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: anti-vibration platform comprises a rigid frame, a floor, and elastic elements joining the frame with the base. The elastic element consists of a compression spring interacting with the housing base and the pendulum suspension. The pendulum suspension is made in the form of a threaded pin connected at one end to a support arm, and at the other - to a thrust washer of an elastic material and a nut. The nut is connected with a bushing interacting with the upper end of the spring. The lower end of the spring rests on the base. The base consists of an upper and a lower plate connected by vertical plates. A bushing of a composite friction material is fixed on the upper plate. The spring is made as a cylindrical helical one and consists of two parts with counter-directed ends. The first spring part has coils of the rectangular section with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The counter-directed end of the first part is placed in the cavity of the second part. The gaps of the segment profile of the contacting spring parts are filled by an antifriction lubricant. A sealing collar is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent the lubricant leakage. The first part of the helical spring is covered by a tube of a damping material. The gaps between the spring and the tube are filled with friction material crumbs.
EFFECT: increasing the vibration isolation effectiveness.
