FIELD: agricultural engineering; grain harvesters.
SUBSTANCE: proposed thresher has housing with receiving beater, threshing cylinder with concave, two beaters-separators with separating members mounted under beaters-separators, straw walker and air-and-screen cleaner installed in tandem and secured on side panels. Separating members are made in form of two guide grates and deck of beater-separator. Deck is made in form of thin-sheet curvilinear surfaces with holes consisting of two cylindrical parts. Deck is installed under second beater-separator and partially under first and third beaters-separators in slots of side panels of thresher housing with possibility of adjusting clearances between deck and three beaters-separators. Thresher provides improved threshing and separation of grain owing to possibility of adjusting clearances between beaters-separators and deck.
EFFECT: provision of complete threshing, reduced damage to grain.
