FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely meat-and-bone broth preparation, meat blanching in meat-and-bone broth, fresh white cabbage shredding, cutting and blanching of potatoes, turnip, carrot and white roots; rice blanching in 1 % table salt solution; and onion cutting. Cabbage, potatoes, rice, onion, carrot, white roots, tomato paste, red paprika puree, green pears, turnip, salt, black pepper and meat-and-bone broth are blended under heating up to 70-75°C. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with meat, fat and bay leaf.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
