In peculiar case, at polylocal segment's lengthening its rotation at the level of the parts of developed regenerates should be conducted in opposite directions. The innovation suggested enables to shorten the duration of stable fixation due to increased density in parts of developed osseous regenerate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of lengthening.
