SUBSTANCE: method involves crippling tubular bone. Fan-like distraction is carried out as follows. First distraction is carried out on the side opposite to one having maximum bone structure injuries with bone integrity being destroyed. Then, distraction is carried out on the other bone side. Then sides for applying distraction forces are alternated.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating osteogenesis in central zone of bone.
