SUBSTANCE: hummer crusher comprises crushing chamber provided with a hummer rotor, inlet neck centered inside the crushing chamber, by-pass whose walls go into the concave and abut against the crushing chamber at the right angle. The discharging device is located at the center of the by-pass and is provided with a deflector. The additional wall of the by-pass at the site where it abuts against the crushing chamber is perforated and defines a chamber for discharging dusted air together with the outer wall of the by-pass.
