FIELD: mechanical engineering; load handling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load handling equipment, particularly, to devices for emptying soft container with loose loads with possibility of reuse of containers after emptying. Proposed device is provided with skeleton 1 for accommodating soft container 2, hold-down device and -load-gripping device. Upper part of skeleton from side of rear wall is provided with guide chute 3. Upper guide 4 and lower guide 5 and two pairs of enclosing members 6 are mounted on rear wall of skeleton, and two stops 7 and two journals 8 are provided on side walls for connection with load-gripping device. Journals 8 are installed with some displacement in vertical upwards relative to their common center of masses. Hold-down device consists of two L-shaped rods 9 installed in guides of skeleton and furnished with displacement limiters in form of stops 10 and 11, carriage 12 connected through holes on ends with rods 9 and furnished with pair of leading blocks 13 and flexible sling 14 passed over enclosing members 6 of skeleton and carriage blocks 13.

EFFECT: possibility of reuse of soft containers, improved convenience in operation.
