FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of petroleum-origin and gas condensate diesel fuel and to diesel fuel containing this additive. Additive contains up to 50% C₃-C₂₀-alkyl nitrate and to 100% ethylene polymer or ethylene/α-olefin copolymer with molecular mass 50,000-100,000. Diesel fuel based on base fuel and containing above additive in amounts from 0.01 to 1.0% is also described, wherein base fuel is winter petroleum-origin diesel fuel of condensate diesel fuel.

EFFECT: improved startability of diesel fuel, increased cinematic viscosity thereof, and enabled use of additive-containing gas condensate diesel fuel as winter diesel fuel "3-45" according to State standard.
