FIELD: equipment for oil and gas well drilling or mining work performing, namely drilling bits with off-centered axis and single cutter made as composite cones.

SUBSTANCE: rock drilling bit comprises head body and cutter formed as composite cones. Outer cutter surface is created by sizing surface diverging from rear cutter surface to cutter apex, by outer conical surface and by main conical cutter surface, which is reverse conical surface. Each cutter surface is provided with a number of cutting members. Head pivot arranged in lower body part is adapted to be rotary connected to the cutter. Offset distance d in cutter rotation direction is defined between head pivot axis and drilling bit axis. Sizing pillow is arranged on head body in zone opposite to head pivot offset direction. The sizing pillow is provided with inserts and with wear-resistant alloy fused on it to prevent drilling bit turning, to protect head body from wear and to provide sizing means guard. Fragment removing depressions are created along head body side and on lower head body chamfer to improve drilling bit cleaning.

EFFECT: improved impact ability for solid rock drilling.
