FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body with aeration channels, supports with vertical necks, on which cutters are mounted. Device is equipped with removable off-center sections, cylindrical and conical shanks of which are mounted in body response apertures and fixed there. Axes of sections shanks are displaced relatively to necks axes towards upper portion of body. Cutters have cylindrical shape in one part and spherical shape with lower recess in another part. When used for deepening solid rock, cutters are made with teeth or slugs with adjustable radius and step, providing for percussive attack on rock during rolling, and when used for deepening weak or averagely solid rock, cutters are reinforced with slugs. Each cutter support is made with a slug with spherical head, said slug being pressed into neck end, said head contacting with response groove of hard alloy round slab. Body is made with central aerating channel, and each body section has a reservoir channel for feeding oil into cutter support under pressure, which is periodically applied by a bolt for fixing a shank.
