FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: detachable joint comprises cylindrical members to be joined, say pipes with conical sealing surfaces, sealing ring with the stiffening rib that is in a contact with the surfaces, and two ring flexible jaws provided with the conical sealing surface. The stop ring is mounted between the face surfaces of the members to be joined inside the ring groove and is mating (connected) with the slide fit to stiffening rib of the sealing ring. The stop and sealing rings can move one with respect to the other in the axial direction. The stop ring is made of a separate part.
EFFECT: improved pressure-tightness and enhanced reliability.
