FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: means for opening and closing the cover is designed as a mechanism for lifting and lowering the lid, the entire internal contact surface which is flat. Locking caps make three symmetrically arranged arcuate sectors T-bar - top and a pair of side connected to the top hinge. The lid is hinged to the upper rougher sector and has a small possibility of vertical movement with respect thereto in the reduction and separation of tows lateral sectors using removable drive mechanism. Top rope sector is provided with eyebolts to interact with the mechanism of raising and lowering the cover. The lower end of the side ski sectors are provided with brackets which have holes for tightening fasteners and fixing rope sectors in the working position. Drive information and breeding sectors is provided with a side platter and actuator attached to the brackets of the side ski sectors. The device is provided with a flat metal diaphragm in which a sealing ring is located.

EFFECT: prevent the possibility of loosening rope sectors in the vessel, increasing reliability.
