SUBSTANCE: communication terminal has user interface and controller block, controlling aforementioned user interface, first and second working keys, operation of which is controlled by controller block, and a display, while communication terminal is made with possible operation in multiple states, wherein controller block determines groups of given operations, which are performed by pressing working keys, first working group is assigned for performing one operation from aforementioned operation group as default function depending on state, in which communication terminal is, and display has first area, selected specifically for displaying current operation, performed when pressing first working key, second working key is assigned for providing access to group of operations, accessible in state, in which communication terminal is, and scrolling key makes it possible for user to move between operations, included in aforementioned group of operations, accessible for second working key, while user selects illuminated operation by pressing selection key.
