FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely cutting of carrot, onion and parsley root followed by roasting in pork fat and blending thereof with salt and black pepper under heating up to 80-85°C; shredding and freezing of fresh white cabbage, potatoes cutting and blanching. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with raw beef and bay leaf in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
