FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation; cutting and roasting in pork fat of carrot, onion and parsley root; blending thereof under heating up to 80-85°C with salt and black pepper to produce dressing; fresh white cabbage shredding; cutting and blanching of potatoes; pearl barley cooking up to volume increasing by 240 %. Obtained components are pre-packed together with bay leaf and beef. Shredded white cabbage is frozen before pre-packing; beef is pre-packed in fresh form. Pre-packing is carried out in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
