FIELD: devices for mechanical purification of the domestic sewage.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for mechanical purification of the domestic sewage and may be used in the city aeration stations instead of the sand-trappers and the primary sedimentation tanks for separation of the particulate pollutants with diameter of exceeding 2 mm from the domestic sewage, and also for dehydration of the sedimentation of the preliminary sedimentation tanks and for separation of the active sludge from the oxygenated domestic sewage. The installation for the mechanical purification of the domestic sewage contains: the closed body, the sewage feeding hopper, the filtering sheet having the profile with the variable radius of curvature arranged on the support frame; the systems of the feeding, distribution and the withdrawal of the sewage, the feed screw for preempting of the trapped impurities or the compacted sedimentation and an the exhaust ventilation system. The upper edge of the support frame of the filtering sheet is structurally fixed to the built-up draw-out post. At that the angle of inclination of the upper part of the profile of the filtering sheet in respect to the vertical can vary from 30° up to 45°. The technical resulted of the invention ensures the effective mechanical purification of the domestic sewage from the particulate pollutants and the preliminary dehydration of the sedimentation of the primary sedimentation tanks and the active sludge in one installation, provision of adjustment of the purification degree of the sewage depending on the kind of the polluting impurities, the continuous self-cleaning of the filtering sheet and the ecological safety of the installation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the effective mechanical purification of the domestic sewage from the particulate pollutants, preliminary dehydration of the sedimentation of the primary sedimentation tanks and the active sludge in one installation, adjustment of the purification degree of the sewage depending on the kind of the polluting impurities, continuous self-cleaning of the filtering sheet, ecological safety of the installation.
