FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame-canvas construction, system of air-operated members interposed between the arcs, and canvas with arrangements for coating and sealing the zone of pipe joint. The load-bearing arcs of the frame are inflatable and arranged in series in vertical planes and are connected with the inflatable bottom bearing beams that define an air frame with heat insulating air space together with the inflatable vessels. The sides or faces are provided with shutters for access to the construction.
