Construction profile element for the flexible panels fixing is part of rectangular cross-section, at which ends transverse, parallel, accordingly directed arched brackets are rigidly fixed, which ends end by the cavities for the flexible panel edges, and in that the flexible panels to the frame structure carrier element fixing unit includes at least two rigidly attached construction profiled elements for the flexible panels fastening, which is part of rectangular cross-section, at which ends transverse, parallel, accordingly directed arched brackets are rigidly fixed, which ends end by the cavities for the flexible panel edges, and at least one flexible panel transverse tensioning cable, which is installed in the cavity for the flexible panel edges of each construction profiled element for the flexible panels fixing, secured to the frame bearing element, with the possibility of the flexible panel transverse tensioning cable ends fixing on the frame bearing element with necessary tension.
