FIELD: engineering of devices for forming control or monitoring signals in systems for accumulating, processing information and control.
SUBSTANCE: device for forming signals contains relay, connected to power block through commutator, connected to output of control block, as a relay device contains bi-stable relay with one or two windings, when using two windings device contains additional commutator, relay is provided with two or more switching contact groups, contacts of one of groups are connected to power block, and also to relay or to inputs of commutators, while contacts of another group are meant for generation of control signal.
EFFECT: decreased energy consumption by device while preserving high reliability.
