SUBSTANCE: device for signal generation contains relay, windings of which are connected to power block through commutator, connected to output of control block, and input of command, setting position of relay contacts, so that control block provides position of relay contacts, appropriate for task at input of command, setting position of relay contacts, has additional input for controlling position of relay contacts, and as relay it contains a bi-stable relay with two or more groups of contacts, one of which is connected to control input of control block, and other ones are connected to output of device.

EFFECT: decreased energy consumption of device while maintaining high reliability of operation.
