FIELD: transport engineering; automobile suspension.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural member for automobile suspension, particularly, to box-shaped triangular lever and method of its manufacture. Proposed member designed, particularly, for automobile suspension lever is made box-shaped, containing pair of shaped parts arranged to face each other. Said parts are made on pair of integral plate parts of semifinished article in form of molded actually plain member formed starting from plastically deformable material in form of sheet by bending shaped member along at least one preset line to make plate parts point to each other.
EFFECT: improved structural strength, reduced cost of manufacture and amount of wastes.
