FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural materials, particularly to structure with cellular cores for turbojet nacelle. It comprises at least one block (A, B) with cellular cores that have a central part with mid button cells (7a, 7b) and at least two side parts each having lateral button areas (11a, 11b). Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. A) Connection webs are made at lateral button cells (11a, 11b). Note here that said connection webs can interact to make a connection zone (213). B) Said connection webs are bent apart. C) Abutting said bent-off webs (46) of opposite lateral sides to make connection webs alternate to produce said connection zone (213). Invention covers also to the structural panel and nacelle therewith made as described above.
EFFECT: higher flexural strength, efficient noise killing, ease of manufacture.
