FIELD: rock cutting tools used to drill different-purpose wells, particularly bearings for cone drilling bits having small diameters.

SUBSTANCE: support comprises axle and cutter connected to axle by means of stop unit made as split ring installed in aligned eccentric annular grooves made in axle and cutter. The bearing is also provided with additional stop unit, which is similar to main unit. The stop units have diametrically opposite eccentricities. Stop ring width and dimension of annular groove created in the cutter and corresponding to the stop ring arranged from axle base are less than another stop ring width. Outer diameter of each stop ring brought in closed position does not exceed axle diameter. Annular groove made in the cutter has diameter D_c determined as D_c=D_a+(0.4 - 0.6)b, where D_a is axle diameter, b is stop ring width. The stop rings have the same thicknesses along stop ring perimeter.
