FIELD: analytical inspection of molecular oxygen in a heat-transfer agent, applicable in inspection of molecular oxygen in systems under pressure with a water heat-transfer agent, in a heat-transfer agent of systems of research reactors, loop units included in them, other nuclear power plants with nitrogen compensation of pressure and type VVER reactors with steam compensation of pressure.

SUBSTANCE: the method includes operations of sampling, cooling and throttling of the sample, measurement of pressure in the system and transducer, measurement of mass concentration of dissolved oxygen. The mass concentration of oxygen is calculated by formula: , where: П - mass concentration of dissolved oxygen, mkg/kg; Ps - pressure in the system, kPa; Pt - pressure in the transducer, kPa.

EFFECT: enhanced truth of measurements, expanded range of use of the method.
