FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves ore breaking, two-stage crushing, sizing, gravity dressing so that tailings and gravity concentrate is obtained, which is supplied for finishing, and with release of "gold head" concentrate and poor gravity concentrate and flotation dressing of tailings of gravity dressing, sorption cyanidation, electrochemical deposition of gold and melting. After sizing of the second crushing stage, prior to gravity dressing there performed is preliminary dressing on centrifugal jigging machine, and flow of initial crushed or is separated into flow of tailings of preliminary dressing with low content of valuable component that is supplied to the dump and flow for gravity dressing. Tailings of gravity dressing are subject to flotation in alkaline medium at pH=8.0-8.5. The obtained flotation concentrate is combined with lean gravity concentrate and combined product is obtained. It is treated with ultrasound and subject to sorption cyanidation and desorption so that gold-bearing solution is obtained. Then, electrolytic deposition of gold is performed and cathode deposit is obtained, which together with the obtained "gold head" concentrate is subject to calcination, melting and gold bullions are obtained.
EFFECT: more complete extraction of free thin gold.
