FIELD: preparation of water for using it in heat mass exchange apparatuses of agricultural-industrial complex, for watering agricultural animals and in other manufacturing processes.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized due to acting upon water by means of electric field. Water is treated by means of alternating electric field with frequency 50 Hz, intensity 10kV/cm and in addition water is subjected to action of electric hydraulic field with energy of capacitor charge 2500 J.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treating water, enlarged using range of method.
