SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of preparation of water for its further usage in heat exchange systems with the purpose to provide a mode of their operation without scale. The method of preparation of water before its feeding in a heat exchange system provides for its expose to action of an electric field. The water before its feeding in a heat exchange system is exposed to action of an electric field strength of 300 kV/m and frequency of an alternating current of 500 Hz. Such technology allows to ensure the scale- free operation mode practically of any type of heat exchange system.
