FIELD: metallurgy, in particular production of lubricant for metal cold pressure treatment by blanking, cogging, molding extrusion, etc.

SUBSTANCE: according the first variant claimed lubricant contains (mass %): polyethylene glycol with molecular mass of 600 20-80; triethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol with molecular mass of 400 10-50; sodium salt of C₇-C₉- or C₁₀-C₁₆-fatty acids 9-30; and water 1-15. According the second variant lubricant contains (mass %): polyethylene glycol with molecular mass of 600 20-60; diethylene glycol or triethylene glycol 10-50; sodium salt of C₇-C₉- or C₁₀-C₁₆-fatty acids 4-20; %): polyethylene glycol with molecular mass of 1000-4000 5-40; and water 1-5. In both variants lubricant may additionally contain antifoaming agent selected from liquid oligoorganosiloxanes in amount of 0.01-0.10 mass % based on total lubricant mass.

EFFECT: lubricant of improved water washing-off ability viscous and plasticity.
