FIELD: piping systems intended for operation at high temperatures; single-layer and multi-layer pipes, fittings, chambers, valves and reservoirs made from propylene homo-polymers with nucleating agents.
SUBSTANCE: pipes are made from homo-polymers with nucleating crystallization agents in β-form at IR≥0.98, elasticity modulus ≥1500 Mpa, impact viscosity at Charpy notch at 23C°≥30 kJ/m2 softening temperature according to Vicat >90°C and deformation heat resistance >100°C. Specification gives description of method of manufacture of such pipes for chemical works. These pipes are used for carrying natural gas, dangerous fluids and/or toxic fluids.
EFFECT: enhanced rigidity of pipes; enhanced impact viscosity.
