FIELD: cartridge loading ammunition for subbarrel grenade launchers.

SUBSTANCE: the cartridge has a head with a driving band having bosses for engagement with the barrel rifles, and a tail assembly made for the diameter of the barrel fore-chamber. The combustion chamber filled with a propelling powder charge is made in the tail assembly. Outlets are made in the end face of the tail assembly and an igniter is installed. A radial cam with two sloping surfaces is positioned between the driving band and the tail assembly, the slope of the surfaces of the cam to the cartridge axis makes up 30 to 45 deg. An annular turning is made in the slope base on the side of the driving band.

EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability of the grenade launcher.
