FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out complete iliac bone body transection in the direction from its super-exterior to inferointerior part through an incision made below anterosuperior spine of the iliac bone. Angular deformity is formed in the area of internal cortical plate. The upper branch of the pubic bone is transected 1.5 cm far from the cotyloid cavity in sagittal plane. Iliac bone branch is transected in skew-sagittal plane. The exposed pelvic bone fragment is fixed with wires and its dosed rotation is carried out outward, downward and forward. Then, the bone fragments are fixed until bone regenerate is formed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in changing spatial position of cotyloid cavity; stable bone fragment fixation.
