FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of transmission of accumulated thermal energy in wind power plants and two wind power plants with accumulation of energy. According to preferable design version, wind power plant with accumulation of energy in which method of transmission of accumulated thermal energy is implemented, contains windwheel with vertical axle in top of draft pipe around which and along it in screw-like manner guide converging channels are arranged narrowing towards said pipe, and in lower part of said pipe at least one air channel is arranged in spiral-like manner around vertical axle of draft pipe. At least one heated water sprayer is placed in said air channel, water from reservoir being heated by excess energy of power plant and/or additionally by sun rays.
EFFECT: increased heat transfer surface between heated water in reservoir and air flow with resulting increase of wind flow temperature and velocity of air passing along draft pipe to windwheel.
