FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting two mechanisms in the housing of the rotor machine and mounting the unbalance vibrators controlled by means of electric drivers in the mechanisms. One of the mechanisms provides the force vector rotation in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, with ranging its absolute value from zero to the maximum and varying the phase of rotation of the net vector. The other mechanism generates the force moment whose vector points in the direction along the axis of rotation of the rotor. The device for balancing the vibration loads comprises synchronization unit that causes the inertia mass to move in antiphase to the source of vibration. The synchronization unit is made of two mechanisms provided with four unbalancing vibrators with equal unbalances which are located at the same distances from the axis of the rotor. The vibrators rotate with a speed equal to the speed of rotation of the rotor and symmetrically with respect to the axis of the shaft. The vibrators rotate synchronously so that their force vectors are always parallel, and the net vector passes through the axis of the shaft.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of balancing.
