SUBSTANCE: the round consists of a shell and a propellant section containing a powder charge, shell case and an igniter, the shell is composed of two parts: the shell front part and the caliber or subcaliber stabilizer consisting of an expanded rod and rigid fins, the stabilizer and the front part of the shell are provided with a device for their joining, and the stabilizer is positioned before loading in the round propellant section in its axis.
EFFECT: reduced aerodynamic drag to shell motion, which facilitates an increase of the shell velocity.
