SUBSTANCE: method comprises closing the belt by means of two layers of material by applying glue on the belt interposed between the seeds arranged on it and on the edge of the belt with subsequent bending the belt in the lateral direction and pressing. The device comprises base provided with pillars provided with the axle for the roll of the belt material and driving, classifying, and pressing rollers. The shaper for the changeable belt with two-layered coating is located in front of the classifying roller. The shaper has the bottom and two sides. The bent plate defining the socket for the weight is interposed between the sides. The plate is pivotally connected with one of the ends above the inlet opening of the shaper. The section for applying seeds and glue on the belt material is interposed between the opening and pressing roller.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of belts and simplified method of their manufacturing.
