FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: jute fabric is fed to the table through the roller system, where a paste is applied when passing through the binder feeder. The first layer of fabric with the applied paste is stretched over the table and it falls under the seeding mechanism, where seeds of lawn grasses are applied. At this point, the second layer of fabric is unwound through a roller system and applied to the first layer of fabric with a paste. The two-layer fabric is compacted and dried through double rollers. The resulting structure is rolled into a roll on the winding mechanism of the finished product.
EFFECT: excluding of damage to the seed material, increasing the uniformity of its application and reliable fixation of seeds on the fabric during transportation, storage and packing.
