FIELD: chemical industry; filtering devices of recuperators used at deposition of polymeric powder coatings on hardware products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the filtering devices of recuperators used at deposition of polymeric powder coatings on hardware products and intended for filtration of workflows of the air masses passing through the recuperators of the installations for deposition on the hardware products of the polymeric powder coatings. The technical result of the invention consists in improvement of the filtering capacity of the filter and its operational characteristics. The filter casing consists of the inlet stage and the purifying stage, at that the inlet stage is arranged directly above the purifying stage, under which there is the hopper. In the inlet stage there is a pinhole for the air intake of the recuperator and there are the arc-shaped guides mounted. The purifying stage consists of the hoses and the hollows formed between them and it is wrapped in the fine filter. The arc-shaped guides are mounted in the gaps between the hoses above the hollows with the gradual increasing of their dimension beginning from the minimum at the hole of the air-intake device up to the maximum at the air-intake device most distant from the hole.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the filtering capacity of the filter and its operational characteristics.
